1.    Process Activity Specification.

  • Identify activities required to perform your process
  • Combine all activities into a hierarchy that demonstrates how every activity relates to other activities within the same process
  • Specify expected outcomes of each activity
  • Identify overall process outcome as the total of activity outcomes
  • Determine standard life-cycle for your process
  • Identify and explore reasons (events and conditions) which trigger process activities
