1. Define Business Market.

  • Identify the market in which your company has the greatest chance to succeed
  • Define a product or service you want to sell in the market
  • Set strategic business goals you want to achieve
  • Be sure the goals are achievable in terms of product/service sales
  • Identify what you want to accomplish by your sales activities in the future
  • Think about what makes your business unique and what sets it apart from competitors
  • State a vision of your business, based upon competitive advantages
  • Have a leads generation strategy adjusted to business needs
